A simpler, more personal model of care
Direct Primary Care (DPC) replaces insurance barriers with a simple, flat monthly fee for comprehensive primary care. This model empowers us to focus on your long-term health and preventive care — not rush through appointments.
It enables same-day scheduling, extended visits, and round-the-clock direct access to your provider. While DPC is not a replacement for insurance, it works beautifully alongside it. We do not bill insurance, but we recommend that patients carry a high-deductible or catastrophic plan.
You do not have to be a member to be seen. We are happy to provide care on a fee-for-service basis.

Imaging, pharmacy prescriptions, and outside specialist visits are not included. We partner with a local imaging facility and pharmacy for heavily discounted cash-pay prices.
