With over 25 years in nursing — including extensive experience in critical care, the operating room, and pain management — Gwen Thomas brings a wealth of clinical expertise to Echelon. A graduate of Indiana Wesleyan University, she served as an RN for 10 years before practicing as a nurse practitioner for over 13 years.

After spending years in pain management, Gwen saw firsthand how difficult it is for patients to access timely, quality care. Echelon Direct Care and Aesthetics was born from her vision to provide quality care, fast access, and comprehensive services all in one place.
